At Copart, we're looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager to join our team, covering the Kent area. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of automotive customer accounts. Working to set targets, you'll drive growth by staying in regular contact with clients, conducting performance reviews, and building strong, long-term relationships. This is a field-based role, with some flexibility to work from home or a Copart Operations Centre. It requires a high level of self-motivation and initiative - ideal for someone who thrives on independence and has a solid understanding of sales and account management. You'll have the freedom to plan your schedule and approach, and the opportunity to earn based on your performance. As our customer base grows, so does your potential. Your earnings opportunity: Basic salary of £27,338 per annum. On top of this, if you hit 100% of your target, you can earn up to £750.00 per calendar month in commission, with the ability to take this up to 150% of your target, which equates to commission earnings up to £1,125.00 per calendar month.
