Account Manager – Direct Mail

We are working with a well-established and growing organisation in the direct mail sector, with a turnover more than £30 million. As part of their continued investment and expansion, they are now looking to appoint experienced Account Managers/Client Services People with a background in direct mail.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business where client relationships are central to their success. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing existing client accounts across retail, membership, leisure, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing direct mail campaigns from initial brief through to delivery.
  • Liaising with internal teams on data, print, and mailing requirements.
  • Advising clients on ways to maximise the effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

For your application to be successful, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in account management within direct mail.
