A VC-backed tech start-up with a global team. They develop innovative tech solutions that bridge websites and phone communication. For example, their tools allow website visitors to request callbacks or connect directly with relevant contacts, increasing lead conversions significantly. Their clients span consumer and B2B sectors, with a strong presence in consumer travel. The tech is sold via subscription with various packages.

Role of Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Your primary focus will be on increasing retention of existing customers by maximizing their use of the tech and selling additional services. Cold calling new clients is not required, but selling to existing clients is expected. Engagement will be through phone and face-to-face meetings.

Requirements
  • 1-4 years of media sales or SaaS sales experience (new business and account management)
  • Hardworking, passionate, enthusiastic
