Are you detail-driven, people-focused, and ready to build a meaningful career in client management?
This new role is designed to support client satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and help drive further growth within established accounts no cold calling or new business required.
You’ll be the first point of contact for client queries, the organisational engine behind proposals and documentation, and the right‑hand support to our senior account lead, helping drive deeper engagement and retention across our client base.
As you grow, you’ll take on your own portfolio, become client‑facing, and play a genuine part in shaping how we develop and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
This is an opportunity to build a rewarding client management career in an environment that values people and encourages development.
If you’re curious, detail‑led, proactive, and confident communicating with all levels of an organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and issues.
Resolve challenges quickly and professionally, working closely with internal teams.
Spot potential issues early and help implement solutions before they become problems.
Support in planning and delivering initiatives to deepen relationships and expand service usage.
Book and prepare client meetings, workshops, demos, and presentations.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and schedule conversations with relevant stakeholders.
Build detailed internal profiles of client departments and decision‑makers.
Liaise between operations and account management to ensure expectations are aligned.
Help ensure smooth project delivery and clear communication both ways.
Prepare professional proposals, Statements of Work, cooling‑off agreements, and other client documents.
Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date.
Ensure all client paperwork is organised, polished, and completed on time.
You don’t need a long list of sector‑specific experience – the team is more interested in your attitude, values, and willingness to learn. Experience working with data, technical products, or multiple stakeholders will be helpful, but not essential.
