A leading supplier in the smart home industry seeks an Account Manager in Oldham. You will build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they are well-informed and supported. The role requires 2+ years in telephone sales, excellent communication skills, and strategic thinking. You will achieve sales KPIs and work closely with the sales team to develop prospects. Our customers demand a high-performance supplier and to continue to meet this demand ADI are now looking for an Account Manager to join our successful sales team based on a hybrid work pattern with 2 days from home and 3 days from our Head Office in Chadderton, Oldham.
You will focus on building and maintaining a strong relationship with our partners and be the main point of contact to notify them with changes and updates to our products. Reaching out to a dealer whose sales have slipped to excite them and re-invigorate them about our brand and product line will also be required. This role is critical in keeping in touch with our partners and making sure they have what they need to be successful.
