A leading UK recruitment firm is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage relationships with around 100 schools across the North. The role combines face-to-face interactions and administrative tasks, requiring strong presentation skills and the ability to work independently. As Customer Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the North, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You’ll engage with senior school stakeholders-including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers-to retain contracts, secure renewals, and successfully win multi-year tenders.
Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. A key part of the role involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic decisions.
