A leading recruitment agency seeks an experienced Account Manager to leverage Commercial Insurance market knowledge and manage key client relationships. This hybrid role involves spending time with clients in the UK, particularly in London, to provide performance insights and foster business growth. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in the insurance sector, all essential for engaging with senior executives and navigating business discussions.
As Account Manager you will use your Commercial Insurance market knowledge and relationship management skills to liaise with our Client's key Partners.
You will have face-to-face relationships with some of their main Clients in the UK and accordingly you will be comfortable with spending time in London.
You will lead the relationship with a portfolio of major Clients but will work closely with the team who work hard to provide the business critical information you discuss and use with Clients to grow the business and build the relationships.
You will be comfortable working with senior Executives occasionally on contentious issues and also on critical business discussions.
This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, spending time working at home and in the office.
