Are you a commercially driven, senior level specification and key account sales professional who thrives in technically demanding, performance led environments and enjoys operating at the centre of the A&D, consultant and end user ecosystem?
This is an opportunity to represent a market leading manufacturer of premium flooring solutions, widely recognised for technical performance, sustainability credentials, and long-term lifecycle value. Its products are specified into some of the most complex and critical environments across the UK, including healthcare, education, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and specialist commercial projects.

This is a senior, specification led key account sales role focused on influence, technical credibility, and commercial impact.
You will be responsible for driving specification and conversion on a project-by-project basis across technically complex developments, working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end user clients.
The role is predominantly field based within the region, with significant time spent engaging the A&D community, consultant practices, and end user stakeholders. Success in this role comes from trusted relationships, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage long cycle, multi stakeholder projects from concept through to completion.
To be considered, candidates must be based within the required territory and be comfortable working autonomously in a field based, specification-led role.

You are confident operating within architect studios, consultant practices, contractor meetings and end user environments, and are equally comfortable discussing technical compliance and lifecycle performance as you are negotiating commercial terms. You will be responsible for managing multi-million-pound budgets and high value key accounts and must be able to operate with credibility in senior internal and client facing discussions.
You take pride in representing premium, technically advanced products and are motivated by building long term value rather than transactional sales.
