We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our Facilities Services division at NG Bailey, taking full ownership for the delivery and performance of several key client accounts across London.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on client engagement, operational excellence, and team leadership. You'll oversee four major accounts, ranging from whole-building maintenance to trading floor environments, as well as managing our London Mobile Team, which supports 35 demise contracts across the capital.
As the lead point of contact for your clients, you'll be at the heart of relationship management, ensuring exceptional service delivery, compliance, and commercial performance through regular site visits, audits, quarterly reviews, and proactive engagement.
