Overview

Adecco Workington are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our progressive client based in Carlisle, operating within a unique and rapidly expanding sector.


Role: Account Manager
Location: Carlisle
Hours: 37.5 per week
Hybrid: 1 day working from home after training
Salary: £25,000 - £28,550 DOE
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays


Responsibilities


  • Leading and contributing to regular client meetings, capturing actions and resolving issues effectively

  • Ensuring all contractual KPIs are met and maintained, working closely with internal teams to gather and share relevant data

  • Communicating contractual obligations and client-specific needs clearly across departments to support smooth service delivery

  • Taking ownership of specific projects or initiatives within your portfolio and seeing them through to completion

  • Handling day-to-day contract administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and up-to-date records

  • Working collaboratively with the Contract Manager and wider team to spot opportunities for improving processes
