Account Manager – Motor Finance

Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity. You are commercially minded, relationship‑driven and ready to make an impact in a fast‑moving business. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our high‑performing Motor Finance team – someone who thrives on building partnerships, driving results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What will your day look like?
  • Act as the front‑line specialist for your portfolio of dealers, handling queries, resolving issues and proactively driving new business opportunities through regular telephone contact.
  • Generate and analyse MI and performance data for your region, spotting trends, identifying risks and opportunities and shaping data‑driven decisions.
  • Proactively manage accounts to maximise conversion, improve performance and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop improvement plans, share insights and enhance dealer relationships.
  • Champion best practice by promoting relevant products, identifying performance gaps and working with dealers to drive better outcomes.
  • Share market and competitor intelligence with the Motor Insights and Sales teams to inform strategy and innovation.

  • A good understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks (knowledge of Regulation / Consumer Duty is a plus).
  • Experience or interest in the UK Motor Finance sector.
