Account Handler – Mergers & Acquisitions

Salary: up to £50,000

An established insurance advisory business is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join its specialist Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role supports buyers, sellers and lenders through acquisitions, disposals and financing activity across a broad range of sectors.

The Account Handler position offers exposure to complex transactions and varied risk profiles, combining technical insurance knowledge with strong organisation and client-facing communication.

The Role

The M&A Insurance Due Diligence team provides insurance and risk insight throughout corporate transactions. As an Account Handler, you will support the review of target companies’ current and historical insurance programmes, highlighting potential gaps, exposures and post-transaction considerations.

You will work closely with clients and internal specialists to deliver clear, commercially focused advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
