As an Account Executive - UK, you are passionate about selling, and owning the majority of the sales cycle, from qualification to close. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tenacious, confident, with a willingness to engage in prospecting to maintain individual funnels as expected. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Engineering and Product teams to act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software.

What You'll Do
  • Own and manage the entire sales process: prospecting, customer outreach, product demonstrations, trials, and strategic negotiations.
  • Stay updated on Rhombus’ products to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers and partners in a designated region for mutual success.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas, maintaining a pipeline that supports over-quota performance through strategic planning.
  • Provide customer feedback to Rhombus’ hardware, engineering, and development teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Engage in strategic outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers, building a strong pipeline.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, tailoring sales approaches to build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and product positioning.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a full-cycle, closing sales role with a proven track record in competitive and strategic sales.
  • Consistent quota over-achievement and experience with mid-size and enterprise businesses.
  • Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting and various lead generation methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging peers, customers, and partners.
  • Ability to learn and articulate the technical aspects of Rhombus products, translating them into business value propositions.
  • Strong team player, effective across departments and with diverse teams.
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet customers and partners.
Location & Travel

This is a field-based position covering EMEA. Candidates must be based in London with regular travel required throughout the territory. International travel to US headquarters for training and team meetings will be required at least 2 times per year.
