Your mission

As an Account Executive at OPENVAS, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers’ IT landscapes against external threats. You will join our international sales team as first sales person on the ground in the UK, taking full responsibility for developing and expanding our presence across the UK and Ireland, working closely with a UK-based Presales Consultant. Estimated starting date is January 2026!

In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to address their most pressing IT security challenges, guiding them on their journey towards stronger protection and compliance. Your success will come from your ability to listen, consult, and craft tailored solutions that make a tangible difference to their business and reduce risk.

  • Leverage the extensive community of our open-source vulnerability tool to convert prospects into valued customers
  • Design and deliver your territory plan for the UK & Ireland market
  • Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new customers and partners through outbound sales efforts
  • Lead the sales process from generating leads to successfully closing deals
  • Communicate the value proposition of OPENVAS solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure we provide the very best solutions for our customers
