Location: Manchester, office based.

Competitive salary, bonus and uncapped commission – OTE 50k.

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Executive with a passion for client retention to join our key client Relationship Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering value, and consistently achieving high renewal rates.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients.
  • Drive strong retention and renewal rates.
  • Conduct renewal negotiations and handle retention discussions.
  • Identify and promote additional services and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver new client implementations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reports.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, video, email and occasional face-to-face meetings.
