A national training provider is seeking an Account Executive to drive client relationships and fee generation through recruitment. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, generating high-quality candidates, achieving targets, and cross-selling services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and a professional demeanor. Salary is £20k-£26k with an OTE of +£6.5k-£9k. Our Account Executives in our Recruitment Team, drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via permanent & contract (80%) and apprenticeship (20%) starts.
Supported by our client development, marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment process, creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high quality candidates (perm & contract).
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Just IT & BePro range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit.
