Build and grow a commercial sales division from scratch.
Lead high-value customer relationships, from first meeting to long-term account management.
Work with top-tier vendors (Aruba, Fortinet, and more) to create winning solutions.
Shape strategy, drive initiatives, and deliver growth.
Host customer meetings, tech days, and industry events.
Smash targets while inspiring and mentoring your future team.
A confident sales professional with solid IT networking knowledge (Aruba/Fortinet experience a plus).
Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of building a division.
Skilled communicator and relationship-builder, with a track record of hitting targets.
Organised, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed.
Full UK driving licence (office is not well served by public transport).
Competitive £50–60k salary + uncapped bonuses/commission.
