Brightwork Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our passionate onsite team in Bellshill. Your Time at Work

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll split your time between recruitment, administration in the office and engaging with staff on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfil staffing requirements to meet client deadlines
  • Recruit, select, and onboard temporary workers
  • Input and validate payroll data to ensure weekly accuracy
  • Administer absence tracking, changes, and worker records
  • Maintain compliance standards and prepare for audits
  • Provide front-line support to workers, resolving queries quickly
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with both clients and candidates
