About the Role:

An opportunity currently exists for an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter to join the team at Opposite Lock Welshpool.

The main duties for this role will include fitting aftermarket vehicle accessories to a wide range of vehicles including but not limited to of bull bars, roof racks, suspension, UHF, driving lights, brake controllers, batteries and more. This is a role that will see the successful applicant create and experience new scenarios for vehicle fit outs daily.

General responsibilities may include:

• Daily preparation of goods required
• Liaising with Retail Customers
• Maintain touring fitting area to present a professional image with ticketing, point of sale material & general cleanliness.
• Assisting in achieving and growing store revenue and profits
• Assisting staff in our store when required
• Attending training sessions in store or with our partners
• Equipment maintenance

Skills & Experience

• Extensive knowledge of 4WD and accessories Fitting
• Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is preferred
• Be able to maintain a safe, clean &organised work place.
• Experience in a fast paced, highly active workshop environment
• The use of your own toolbox
• Ability to work in a team and/or unsupervised.
