Overview

LSAC is a not-for profit organization whose mission is to advance law and justice by supporting the learning journey from prelaw through practice.

Pay rate: $28 to $31 per hour, depending on experience

The access programs coordinator will provide functional and operational support to programs and initiatives managed through the access and opportunity team, provide support for project planning, internal processes and organization, and communications internally and externally. The access programs coordinator will also support coordination between Access and Opportunity and other teams across LSAC. The person in this role regularly interacts with people across the LSAC community, business partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide operational administrative support and basic project management for key initiatives, e.g., keeping track of progress and managing communications with stakeholders. Under the guidance and direction of product owners and development leads, track and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide administrative support for key initiatives including grading, completion tracking, general inbox inquiry responses, and content entry.
  • Schedule meetings with key constituents.
  • Assist with in person and virtual event logistics in coordination with other LSAC teams.
  • Assist with development of project plans, including timelines milestones, and budgets.
  • Assist in establishing procedures and best practices to optimize team performance.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties to facilitate effective scheduling and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update databases as needed (ClickUp, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.).

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree required, BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an administrative assistant, coordinator, or in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project management.

Additional Information

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not have people management responsibilities.

Position Type

This role is a full-time position with a standard workweek of Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. ET. The position may require overtime or weekend work.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel is expected for this position. Necessity will be determined by the employee and their direct supervisor.
