- Wash kitchen crockery and chef items as needed.
- General kitchen cleaning and maintenance of cleaning logs.
- Adhere to waste management procedures for sustainability.
- Comply with Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Manage stock rotation and daily deliveries.
- Maintain coffee machine in the Academy building.

Responsibilities
- Wash-up kitchen crockery and chef items as required the kitchen.
- General kitchen cleaning duties and completion of kitchen cleaning logs.
- Regular maintenance and cleaning of the drinks service areas.
- Adhere to Avant Training Center waste management procedures to improve sustainability within Norwich City Football Club.
- Comply with Food Hygiene regulations and Health and Safety regulations.
- To be immaculately presented at all times. Pride in your appearance and that of your team as ambassadors for Norwich City Football Club.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness within the kitchen to maintain an exemplary food hygiene ratings.
- Stock rotation and management of daily deliveries. Ensuring everything has been delivered in the correct temperature and conditions.
- Maintenance and stock control of coffee machine in the Academy building.
- Assist with maintaining and recording all aspects of food hygiene to meet.
- Health and Safety Legislation/requirements and the Club\'s food management systems.
- To promote safer working practice and maintain a culture whereby safeguarding is recognised as a shared responsibility.
