Job Title: 360 Operator

Salary: £22.00 per hour (CIS payments optional)

Start Date: Monday 29 September 2025

Duration: 1 Week

Harper’s are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Operator to join a short-term project in Coleford. You will be operating a 10 tonne machine and must be willing to assist with general groundworks when not on the machine.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of a 10-tonne 360 excavator
• Supporting the ground team with general site duties when required

Requirements

• A valid CPCS/NPORS card
• Own PPE
• Reliable and punctual
• Proven experience in a similar role
