You will be Leading a Commercial team in your region ranging from Senior QS's, to Trainee QS's in coordinating commercial support through the lifecycle of the SPT project portfolios supporting the UKs Net Zero Targets in your region (from project development phase to final account and financial project closure).
You'll follow the commercial strategy, managing and maintaining SPT's Commercial interest in SPT's portfolio of investment in your region. The Commercial team will provide the necessary support in the tendering process, financial forecasting, financial management, contract management, work collaboratively with our Contractor's and partners while interfacing the wider support functions to deliver commercial terms of contracts.
Responsible for commercial and financial performance management ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the SPT business.
Establishing and maintaining regular communication with the SPT Management Team and Lead Project Managers. Acting as the single point of contact to produce consistent and balanced collective data/reports for the business covering gateway reviews, project variations, disputes/claims, accruals, forecasting lifecycles and final accounts.
