The team is hiring BMS Project Engineers to support the design, coordination, and delivery of complex BMS projects. These roles will involve managing installation activities, ensuring technical excellence, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and manage BMS installation and upgrade projects on systems such as Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or Tridium
  • Produce and submit technical submittals, including descriptions of operation and schedules
  • Identify opportunities for post-completion support contracts
  • Develop and agree detailed project plans with customers
  • Co-ordinate daily resources to ensure on-time project delivery
  • Prepare and review Health & Safety documentation, ensuring compliance on site
  • Take P&L responsibility for assigned projects, driving both technical quality and profitability
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ BMS servicing or commissioning experience
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one of: Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or Tridium
  • Proven track record in delivering projects to budget and deadline
  • Distech software experience
  • Multi-system platform knowledge
