IT Managed Services Provider - Reading (onsite 5-days a week)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE)

Our client, a well-established MSP with over 15 years in the industry, provides IT and Telecoms support to 300+ businesses across the South East. Specialising in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Cloud Migrations, they are known for their friendly, customer-focused approach.

Position Overview

As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you'll handle escalated technical issues, assist with Microsoft 365 and Azure migration projects, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality support to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in cloud technologies looking to progress within a dynamic MSP environment.

Key Skills Required
  • Solid experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure services and migration projects
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
