• Solid troubleshooting experience across routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience in an MSP, NOC, or NSP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line diagnosis and resolution of network and security issues.
• Support and maintain customer systems including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 engineers.
• Contribute to change management and IT service management processes.
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rota including weekends and on-call cover.
