Qualifications

• Extensive experience within an MSP or IT Solutions Provider environment.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing).

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd-3rd line technical support to business customers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues at OS, application, server and network level.
• Perform server upgrades, migrations and transitions to Microsoft 365.
