Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
• Good customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of WTD and EU Drivers Hours.
• Experience with GTS and Microlise applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain driver and core staff rosters for resource management.
• Plan routes and manage emergency plans as required.
• Communicate ongoing updates with drivers and customers.
• Calculate transport costs and submit for approval.
• Support drivers out of hours and manage KPI production.
