Qualifications

• Experience working in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
• Because of the nature of the role, applications invited from females only.
• Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting will be required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the 1st point of contact for service users.
• Support service users and their families during visits.
• Assist in collecting forensic evidence.
• Liaise with other agencies on service user pathways.
• Act as an advocate for patients at the SARC.
