The purpose of the post:
  • To provide comprehensive medical secretarial and administrative service to clinicians and other members of the multi professional teams contributing to the efficient day to day running of the service.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated waiting lists.
  • Contribute and support the Radiology directorate in the delivery of agreed waiting times. Monitor and effect changes to the appointment times / systems to ensure all patients achieve their agreed waiting times. Collaborate with Clinical colleagues to ensure compliance with agreed waiting times.
