Join Women’s Services as a clinical manager for maternity inpatients and gynaecology.

The post

The purpose of this post:

  • Operational responsibility for a portfolio of services across maternity inpatient areas, gynaecology and fertility services.
  • Provide strong leadership and facilitate the delivery of care across areas of responsibility, engaging staff in service delivery and development.
  • Responsible for promoting an inclusive culture and ensuring compliance with all governance agendas.
  • Apply expert knowledge and complex decision-making skills to the operational delivery of service and strategic direction of the future.
  • Participate in the on-call rota providing leadership in out of hours period which will include weekday and weekend cover.

The post will be based at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, with flexibility to travel to other sites as required.
