We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Summer Analyst to join our Audit team. This role is located in New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, or Lake Mary, FL.

Program

BNY Analyst Program

Our 24-month analyst program is a holistic talent development journey offering rotational experiences designed to prepare you for your future career. Through projects across the specific line of business, you will receive a panoramic view of BNY’s global franchise, gaining insight into the operation of one of the world’s largest banks. In each role, you will work on high-priority initiatives and develop analytical and interpersonal skills. As part of a highly selective program, you will gain exposure to senior leadership and receive personalized guidance from a peer mentor. Upon successful completion, you may be considered for high impact roles in multiple functions.

Audit

Internal Audit helps the organization succeed by providing risk assurance and consulting. Analysts receive targeted on-the-job training to build knowledge, expertise, and soft skills. This role involves collaboration with experienced audit professionals to learn how auditors mitigate risk and make an impact.

Projects analysts have been placed on previously include:

  • Process mapping and flowcharting
  • Process gap identification through process analysis
  • Testing bank controls for effectiveness
  • Discovering and translating data anomalies into insights

To run and operate each business area, our organization relies on teams including: Business Development, Relationship Management, Client Service Delivery, and Corporate partners (People Team, Operations, Finance, Technology). It is an optimal time to join the Asset Servicing team as we are market leaders with strong global partnerships, innovating and transforming the financial services industry.

Eligibility
  • Enrollment in a 3-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
  • Graduating in Dec 2025 or July 2026
  • Minimum 2:2 Degree Classification
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying
