A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Support Engineer for a permanent full-time role in the United Kingdom. We are currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer for our client based in Bury St Edmunds. This role is a full‑time permanent position that will be working remotely from home and also based in the field, looking after clients in Suffolk and occasionally Cambridge.
The company is a friendly Managed Service Provider that delivers IT support services and solutions to a wide range of customers across East Anglia. You will join a small team that works to ensure customers receive the best service and support each other on a daily basis. The company prides itself on excellent customer service, proactive IT management and technical expertise with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Services.
Within this role you will be the first point of contact for clients, resolving a wide range of technical issues, escalating where necessary and ensuring an excellent customer experience. On a daily basis you will work with Microsoft 365 alongside other critical IT systems and tools to help businesses get the most from their technology. Based in Bury St Edmunds (or nearby) you will be the primary field engineer for clients in Bury and surrounding areas, including Cambridgeshire on occasion.
This role is offered on a full‑time permanent basis with a starting salary of £25,000 – £28,000, depending on experience.
