  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and keep users informed.
  • Monitor antivirus and backup reports, and take action where needed.

  • Be the first point of contact for ICT supportvia phone, Email, MS Teams and in person.
  • Install and maintain ICT, printing, and AV equipment.
  • Log and manage support requests using our ITIL-based Service Desk.
  • Troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and keep users informed.
  • Assist with password resets, office moves, and equipment setups.
  • Monitor antivirus and backup reports, and take action where needed.
  • Maintain asset registers and support software/hardware availability.
  • Help manage deliveries and purchase orders.

What Youll Bring

  • HNC (SCQF Level 7) in a technical IT-related subject or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of desktop operating systems and Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • A knack for problem-solving and working as part of a team.
