  • Concentrate on sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for open positions.
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit for roles.
  • Coordinate closely with 360 Recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage candidate information and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status to the team and clients as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and talent acquisition technology.
