Grade UE03: £24,729 to £25,804 per annum (pro‑rata) plus a 30% premium band

Department: Accommodation, Catering and Events

Location: The Scholar, Scott and KM Hotel & Apartments

Part time: 28 hours per week, rotating work pattern including weekends

Open Ended: Permanent Contract

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic receptionist working in one of our hotels part of the University of Edinburgh Hospitality & Events collection, who display a positive can‑do attitude and enjoy working within a diverse team. The successful candidate will be based at one of our receptions located at The Scholar; The Scott or KM Hotel & Apartments, however, flexibility is required to support our other receptions.

You will have experience in a busy front‑facing customer service environment; a hospitality background and deal with a multitude of customers, including students in a professional manner. Flexibility to work across weekends is also required.
