Job summary

This role involves executing planned maintenance, attending to A/C issues, and developing relationships with Facilities Managers. Qualifications

• Experience in routine planned preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and respond to BMS alarm conditions.
• Ability to investigate faults and provide remedies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance tasks across distribution systems.
• Attend to A/C related problems for clients.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.

Skills

City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent

Good building services knowledge

Critical Environment Experience

Good Customer relationship skills

Working knowledge of 'Permit to work' systems

Understand and interpret technical drawings / processes

Experience of CMMS and BMS systems
