Qualifications

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) and knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and 'Now and Next' strategies.
  • Observe and record student progress, reporting back to teachers and SEN Coordinators.
  • Create a calm, nurturing environment that encourages the student's confidence and social development.

Location: BSouth Birmingham and surrounding areas

Salary: £95 - £105 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Contract: Full-time, Long-term, and Flexible Supply options available for 2026
