1:1 Learning and Behaviour Support Assistant – Durham

Location: Durham
Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time

This role combines learning support and behaviour support for a pupil who benefits from personalised attention and structure.

You’ll help the pupil access learning, manage emotions and develop confidence in a supportive specialist environment.

Your role:

• 1:1 classroom and pastoral support
• Supporting learning tasks and routines
• Encouraging emotional regulation
• Supporting positive behaviour strategies
• Working closely with teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
