Job summary

A tutoring organization in England is seeking a patient and creative part-time tutor to provide numeracy and literacy support to KS1/KS2 students. The tutor will work in a flexible manner within the community or at students' homes, making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. Experience in classroom settings and working with SEND pupils is a plus. This role is ongoing with competitive pay at £25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.
• UK classroom teaching experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized learning plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide tuition to KS1/KS2 students using flexible and nurturing approach.
• Re-engage students into education and bring structure to their daily routine.
• Deliver numeracy and literacy tutoring on a 1 to 1 basis.
