Job summary

A leading gaming technology company is seeking a Senior Director of Systems to oversee their Casino Management Systems business in Europe. The role requires strong technical sales experience, strategic thinking, and fluency in French. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, building customer relationships, and leading contract negotiations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success. This position involves travel to offices in Nice, Barcelona, and occasional visits to Las Vegas.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of technical sales experience in software and/or systems.
  • Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer activity for systems products in Europe.
  • Create market strategies to deliver new business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting.
  • Conduct analysis to understand partner's business challenges.
  • Build a sales pipeline through networking and market research.
  • Deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations aligning with company objectives.
  • Implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.
  • Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure customers are aware of new products and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client satisfaction.
  • Indirectly manage customer services team.
