Doctolib is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Product Compliance Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in Paris. If you have significant experience in the e-health sector and are eager to make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you!

We collaborate closely with our Tech & Product teams to develop groundbreaking, pragmatic, and sustainable legal solutions across all our operations. As a Senior Product Compliance Legal Counsel, you will be an essential member of our Legal team. You'll work alongside highly skilled lawyers and report directly to Senior Leadership, playing a key role in our continued success.

Leverage your expertise in e-health and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment where you will:

1. Take great part to the medicalization of Doctolib by co-building our innovative medical solutions;
2. Champion our AI initiatives and ensure legal compliance in this rapidly evolving field;
3. Develop and enhance comprehensive compliance policies, guidelines, and knowledge management systems specific to innovation in healthcare;
4. Design and deliver engaging awareness and training programs to ensure seamless implementation of our frameworks;
5. Monitor and analyze regulatory and legislative developments in digital & e-health laws across Europe, providing expert advice to relevant teams;
6. Collaborate seamlessly with the broader Legal team on diverse projects across all our countries.

You could be our next team mate if:

1. You are an experienced lawyer with more than 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international company and/or law firm;
2. Possess substantial experience in the healthcare or e-health sector;
3. Have a deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law;
4. Can effectively engage with high-profile stakeholders on complex legal matters;
5. Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
6. Are fluent in French and English. German or Italian is a plus.
