An established industry player seeks a ServiceNow Architect to lead project teams in defining technical solutions and support presales efforts. This role involves close collaboration with clients to establish strong relationships while addressing technical challenges. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years directly on ServiceNow, and will be certified in multiple ServiceNow modules. As a ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible to lead team in project activities defining the solution from both a technical and architectural point of view. You will also support presales activities working with sales team in defining the solution to be proposed to the client and supporting the definition of the related costs in terms of both technical skill and person day required to accomplish the task in order to defining the overall effort for the solution.
You can be also requested to address, from a technical point of view, and solve incident / problems affecting the area where your team is working supporting L1 team. The successful candidate must establish and maintain relationships both within the client and external customers.
The candidate must be able to consults with Client Process Leaders / Project reference to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now, must demonstrate willingness to increase his knowledge of the platform covering additional module and taking additional Certifications. Candidate must present strong experience on ServiceNow project with major Italian companies. Candidate must demonstrate strong understanding of two or more of the following ServiceNow technologies / modules :
