A pioneering healthcare company is seeking an International Area Sales Manager in Paris to drive global expansion. The role involves developing new business opportunities, empowering distributors, and ensuring patient satisfaction. A successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a commercial role with a strong ability to influence partners. This position requires regular on-site presence in Paris.
Founded in 2011 in Angers, France, Physidia is a pioneer in home hemodialysis technology. Guided by innovation and patient empowerment, Physidia has designed the S3 monitor — a simple, safe, and portable device that allows patients to manage their treatment in total autonomy. The mission is clear : to give every patient the freedom to live life on their own terms.
At Physidia, every team member contributes to a human and technological adventure — helping redefine comfort, safety, and independence for people living with end-stage renal disease.
As International Area Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our international expansion — leading and energizing our distributor network to ensure that more patients around the world can benefit from this breakthrough technology.
You are a committed, self‑starter, driven by purpose rather than routine. With at least 5 years’ experience in a commercial role with international exposure, you know how to build trust with partners and influence across cultures. You thrive in autonomy, find energy in overcoming obstacles, and are deeply motivated by the impact of your work — helping as many patients as possible regain control over their lives through innovation.
Location: Paris (regular on-site presence)
