At Hexa, the Core Team is at the heart of every startup we launch. Rather than focusing on a single venture, each Core Team member works on multiple ventures in parallel.
For the first 12 months of each startup, we work hand in hand with founders, shaping their company from the ground up. This involves product development, design, go-to-market, recruiting, marketing, legal, and finance, giving them everything they need to build an independent, high-growth company.
Serendipity is key to building successful startups, which is why we all share the same office in Paris. Working side by side fosters rapid learning, quick iteration, and a deep sense of shared ownership over the companies we build.
Unlike traditional venture capital firms or accelerators, Hexa doesn’t just provide funding or advice—we co-build.
