Your future role

You'll lead and manage a team of Train Control Engineers (TCE) who are technical leaders and coordinators for Train Control activities on projects.
They are functional responsible of all the resources like Control Engineers, System Engineers TC, Software Engineers and Verifications Validation and Testing Engineers contributing to the Train Control activities all along the V-cycle of the Project. Your team is called EDU (Elementary Design Unit) for Train Control Engineers.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Chief of Development, Sub-System Managers, and leaders of other domains), ensure the consistent development of team competencies, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying standard processes and tools to ensure team efficiency but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support technical solutions for tenders, projects, or platforms.
