Context - Team description
Within Murex, the presales team gathers product and service experts to enable Murex to sell its MX.3 offerings to financial institutions. Presales consultants work closely with business developers and client managers to provide accurate answers to requirements from prospects or existing clients, to demonstrate the system\'s capabilities, to present the available service offers and to build the best value proposal to win deals. The presales team also produces and maintains artefacts allowing Murex to create a competitive edge over other vendors.
The presales team is organized by domain of expertise among Trading, Investment Management, Back-Office Operations & Finance (including Securities Finance), Enterprise Risk Management, Integration & Architecture and Professional Services. Presales operates across Europe, Middle East and Africa and sits at the crossroad of many functions within Murex, from Product Evolution teams to Client Service teams, ensuring a constant and valuable source of improvement for its members.
The Trading presales consultant is responsible for managing product-related aspects of sales processes on a set of asset classes supported by MX.3 (including carbon, commodities, credit, digital, equities, fixed income, FX, inflation, linear rates or non-linear rates) for a wide list of topics which can involve pre-trade, sales, pricing, structuring, trade-level risk management or life cycle management.
