Where You Will Work
Our Customer Services Organization (CSO) oversees all the Customer activities post-implementation of Manhattan Associates’ (MA) product portfolio to a global customer base.
As part of this role, you will utilize technologies, analyze and resolve technical issues that arise post customer implementation involving supply chain software solutions,
Develop high-quality, client-specific enhancements in a timely manner. Primary activities include enhancement development, testing, issue resolution, implementation, and post implementation support.
You will have the opportunity to learn and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and skillsets to enhance your supply chain and technical knowledge while on a path for career growth internally at Manhattan Associates.
