Senior Field Sales Representative – Lille (Fast Track to Territory Manager)

  • Sell on the Ground — Win new merchants by selling our POS and card reader solutions
  • Be present in the field — refine your pitch, uncover hotspots, and test new acquisition strategies
  • Shape Your Territory — Map and develop your region, building the foundation for long-term growth
  • Support the recruitment & onboarding of freelance sales reps as your territory scales
  • Drive Local Growth — Share market insights with HQ to shape our go-to-market strategy
  • Test new tools, messaging & partnerships to boost merchant acquisition
  • Fast-Track into Leadership — After proving success, step up into a Territory Manager role
  • Build, coach & lead your own team of freelance Field Sales Representatives
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
  • Have a proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally with SMEs
  • Love being out in the field, closing deals face-to-face
  • Are ambitious and want to grow from top seller to team leader
  • Thrive in commission-driven environments
  • Know your local market (or learn it quickly!)
  • Bring experience in POS, payments, telecom, energy, or similar sectors
  • Bonus points if you’ve mentored freelance / commission-based teams or worked in fintech, SaaS, or merchant tech.
