As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our next phase of growth. Your mission: attract, engage, and hire the best talent to support our ambitions across France, Spain, Germany and the UK — from key roles to high-impact individual contributors.
Own the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Build and nurture talent pipelines — proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with top talent across key markets and functions.
Partner with hiring managers — advise, coach, and challenge them to define needs clearly, write compelling job descriptions, and make great hires.
Drive employer branding initiatives — showcase Bigblue’s culture, mission, and impact to attract the best candidates in a competitive market.
Measure and optimize — track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and continuously improve our hiring processes.
